As the Professional flooring Group, we are confident that our trained installers will provide you with the very best installation.Subject to the the product being correctly maintained and not being mistreated in any way, we are happy to reasure our customers with a 2 year guarantee.

The following Ts & Cs apply:

The 2 year Guarantee is only applicable to Domestic installations and excludes all Commercial Installations**

The product must be an approved Top Carpets & Floors product

** Commercial Installations:

Because most of these projects contain innumerable product variations and a variety of occupants, our Guarantee cannot be extended to this segment of the market. The approved products installed by our members are however, backed by the various guarantees/warrantees of the different suppliers.

NB THE GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES ON ANY PRODUCTS SOLD BY THE MEMBERS OF OUR GROUP ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF AND SUBJECT TO DECISIONS OF THE SUPPLIERS/MANUFACTURERS  WITH REGARDS TO A CLAIM AND NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF TOP CARPETS (PTY) LTD OR ANY OF ITS MEMBERS.
